With my current glitchy phone, I've been looking at recent posts for both. Currently the G7 seems stable with few, if any, major issues, and the 3a is a lottery with reports of random dying screens and tint issues, easily damaged, ect. 3a: low storage (64 GB), better screen, way better camera, timely and longer updates, NFC, has Band 71 on T-Mobile, better re-sale value. I thought the G6 was a cheap piece of crap. G7 would have to be light years ahead to compete with a Pixel. Take advantage of the current promotions that take off $100 and get 3a at effectively $300.
